1 Year Wedding Skin Transformation Countdown
1 Year to go: Focus on skincare
Begin skin preparation by starting with skincare products to target any concerns. 1 year may seem like a long time but we want to ensure you feel and look your best. This length of time is necessary especially when treating patients with acne or rosacea.
6 Months: Advanced in-clinic skin treatments
For the smoothest complexion, we recommend a course of Skin Needling over the next 3 months. This is great for general skin rejuvenation as well as improving acne scarring and sun damage. Skin Peels help to exfoliate and even out your skin tone - whether you are a newbie or acclimatised to medical grade skincare, we have both superficial and medical grade strengths to suit your skin. Omnilux Light Therapy will help stimulate collagen resulting in a plumper skin whilst reducing any redness or inflammation. If you've never had Botox or want to try it in a new area, this is the ideal time to trial it. Botox relaxes lines and softens any existing ones(frown, forehead and crows feet), with results lasting up to 4 months. With your next treatment planned for between 3-6 months this makes it perfect timing for a refresh 4-6 weeks before your big day.
3 Months: Hydrate, tighten and firm
Our new HydraFacial delivers hydrated and glowing skin with instant results. We can also add in boosters to maximise the benefits of the facial. We recommend one every month until the wedding. EndyMed can help tighten and firm the skin - and this treatment has fantastic results for the body too! Dermal Fillers will help add plumpness and volume back to any area where it may have been lost and thus create a more balanced face, resulting in a rejuvenated fresh but natural appearance.
8 Weeks: A refreshed appearance
In addition to your monthly HydraFacial, why don’t you help stimulate collagen and elastin production? You can renew your skin from within with Profhilo. This treatment works by 'curling' wrinkles rather than 'filling' them for a refreshed appearance. Profhilo is usually recommended to be a course of 2 treatments 4 weeks apart.
4 Weeks: The ultimate final tweakments
With 1-month to go, it may be time for your 2nd Profhilo treatment and your monthly HydraFacial. We suggest enhancing ethe appearance if your skin further with a weekly Omnilux Light Therapy treatment until the wedding. Finally, having your 2nd Botox appointment now will allow 2-weeks for full results, whilst leaving time for any fine tuning if required.
